Lessons In Leadership
Our second Lessons In Leadership event is with Karen Maguire, the Founder of Crumlin-based Relinea, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of GRP products. With 35 staff, the company was one of the first in Northern Ireland to become Employee-owned.

We’ll hear from Karen on what that means for the company and why she was ready to sell her business.

With over 20 years at the helm, Karen will also share her best practice in leadership and how she went from a sales rep to running her own company.
