Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy

Restorative yoga may help alleviate stress and anxiety, reduce pain and tension, improve sleep, and improve overall well-being.
Let this class bring peace to your heart, mind, and soul as you make time to love and care for yourself and practice gratitude.

We will hold each pose for 8-10 minutes, fully supported by blankets, bolsters, and blocks to promote deep relaxation and restoration. The use of essential oils will be added to enhance the relaxing and healing qualities of the practice.
