Remembering the Vietnam War: The Experience @ APLD

In celebration of The Wall That Heals, coming to Antioch July 17th - July 20th, hosted by the Antioch Chamber of Commerce and American Legion Post 748, the Library has a series of exhibits called "Remembering the Vietnam War: The Experience at the APLD". Walk-In, no registration required.

Wednesday, July 16th - Sunday July, 20th (open until close) - Visit the lower level of the Library to view a specially curated Local Veterans Exhibit, including artifacts, photographs, and a short film of local Vietnam veterans' stories.

Friday, July 18th - Saturday, July 19th (open until close; times subject to change) - There will be a Military Vehicle Exhibit in the main parking lot of the Library.

Friday, July 18th - Saturday, July 19th (open until close) - In the foyer of the Library, the Amateur Radio Special Events Station with the American Radio Relay League and the Wisconsin Illinois Radio Enthusiasts will be hosting a booth.

All of July (open until close) - Stop by the Teen Center for a Soundtrack of the Vietnam War Display and the Children's Department for a Vietnamese Cultural Display.
