Join us December 9 for a night of fun, learning, and support at our third annual AHS Career & Technical Education (CTE) Open House. Discover the exciting world of CTE and connect with local businesses, educators, and families. Enjoy live technology demonstrations by our talented students, delicious food from our culinary students, and engaging hands-on activities for all ages.
This year, highlights include:
- Student Interaction -
Current students will be doing live technology demonstrations to proudly showcase their skills - working on current projects for local businesses and private clients.
- Hands-on Activities for All Ages -
Enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities such as painting laser engraved ornaments, cookie decorating, crafts, and custom sticker making.
- Poinsettias, Raffles, and Items for Purchase –
Visit the Wirz Greenhouse to purchase your Holiday Poinsettias from the AHS FFA! You can also shop for your next holiday gift from our student-made products. Plus - purchase your ticket to win a handcrafted picnic table built by the Construction students or an ATV refurbed by the Automotive students. All your support goes right back to supporting hands-on learning in our AHS CTE department.

- About Antigo High School's CTE Program -
Antigo High School's Career & Technical Education (CTE) program is educating the next generation of doers, makers, and hands-on workers by providing the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today's in-demand workforce. Through applied learning and industry partnerships, CTE students gain the experience and training they need to be successful in 10 important career pathways.
While other districts have seen reductions in their staff and programs, or have had CTE cut entirely, the Antigo High School CTE programs are fully supported with staff, classes, and community support.
