Join Petra and me for a relaxing evening of Restorative Yoga and Crystal Sound Reiki.
Our session will begin with bringing our attention to the present as we relax and unwind into the moment, setting an intention for the practice ahead.
Then spending some time with the breath to cultivate deeper breathing, breath awareness and connection.
Slowly then journeying through a gentle sequence of restorative yoga poses designed to open and release. This will be an opportunity to create deep relaxation as you hold poses over long periods of time allowing the body and mind to find its equilibrium.. Special props are used to support your body and allow it to unfurl gently to enable complete physical, mental, and emotional release and relaxation.
There will then be a short five minute break and for last hour, to compliment the restorative practice, Petra will take you on a Crystal Sound Reiki journey.
Crystal Sound Reiki is a potent alchemical mix and is the perfect accompaniment to restorative yoga. Using specially selected crystals and sounds, it is a deeply immersive experience that creates a matrix of light in and around our subtle energy body, stimulating a profound state of connection and oneness within. Using a specific combination of crystals placed upon the body, combined with the complex frequencies of alchemy crystal singing bowls and angelic reiki, the sounds are weaved around the subtle energy system, activating a spontaneous natural healing state to occur, leaving us, afterwards, feeling gently nourished with a deep sense of inner balance and peace.
