I am so pleased to share this new venture with Walfinch. We will be offering a FREE weekly class which is open to everyone!

Existing Students can attend for free, anyone in the community, Anstey and beyond are welcome. The class will be accessible for everyone to improve wellbeing with movement, breathe, community and of course tea and cake!
