Grounding and Defragment Workshop

As a healing community, we see that most attentions are being pulled in many directions--both globally and personally.

Let's take this time to settle into some core energy and rooting. The more we can root and settle our own hearts, the more that energy spreads to the people around us. This is a much-needed energy shift.

This gathering will offer a short meditation to ground us into space; a few journaling opportunities and sharing if you feel the draw to it (sharing is not necessary); offering of focus points and opportunities to find more rooting and centering in everyday life.


There is no yoga offered in this gathering, we want to center together and connect in ways to make us feel stronger in a fragmented world.
