Mother’s Day Mini Retreat

Join us for a heart-centered Mother's Day celebration—a sacred mini retreat designed to honor the women in our lives and the nurturing energy we each carry within.
Whether you are a mother, mother-figure, or simply wish to celebrate the feminine force that has shaped you, this evening is a gentle invitation to reconnect, reflect, and realign.
This restorative + empowering mini retreat begins as the sun begins to set over the wooded tapestry of the Berman Museums patio.
Together will explore a compass journaling practice to help you reconnect with what truly serves you now, gain clarity on the direction you're moving toward, and gently release what no longer support you.
With your intention in mind, you’ll be gently guided through a movement practice designed to embody your insights and bring them into your physical being. This somatic journey will seamlessly transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrational medicine to settle your emotions and deepen your connection to self.

Afterward, you’ll return to your journal for a few final reflections, and then write a letter to your future self—a message of wisdom, love, and intention. To close the ceremony, you’ll write a word or phrase you wish to manifest and release it into the flames of our communal fire pit, sending your hopes into the universe.
We’ll end with light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, laughter, and community as the last rays of sunlight kiss the horizon.
This retreat is for all women—mothers, daughters, aunties, sisters, soul friends, and seekers. It’s a space to honor where you've been, celebrate who you are, and set a loving course for what’s to come.
