Lifetime Coldwater Trail Training Runs

Group run from the upper Coldwater trailhead on the eastaboga side of the trails. We will run anywhere between 3-10 miles (depending on group consensus) and incorporate as much of the course as possible. I have several course options that I will post. Start at 5:30pm. The local Mtn group also does a group ride at 530 and usually hangs out at the fire pit area with food and drinks! Please fill free to bring anything. We will do these as long as weather permits. Pace will be depend on size of group and we can break into groups for desired pace if needed. This will be a NO DROP Run we will stop at each intersection and wait for everyone to regroup. Come on out!
