Sunday Morning Yoga in the Gallery

Start your Sundays with intention! Join us for Sunday Morning Yoga at AND Creative, our open, airy industrial art gallery space flooded with natural light. It's the perfect setting to relax, reflect, and reset before the week ahead.

Uplifting music to keep the vibe relaxed and energized
An inviting space that blends creativity and calm, so you can unwind and connect with yourself


Whether you're a beginner or intermediate yogi, our class is designed for all levels to enjoy.


Bring your own mat and come ready to let go of the past week and set your intentions for the one ahead.


NOTE: We do yoga on a concrete floor so it helps to bring a towel or blanket to put under your mat if your knees are sensitive.


Parking: Park on McGuckian Street and enter the glass lobby at 1851 McGuckian to access AND Creative
