Mrs. Bennet has five unmarried daughters, and not a single suitor among them. Luckily, Netherfield Hall is to be let at last, and to an eligible gentleman: the handsome and charming Mr. Bingley. Lovely Jane Bennet soon attracts Bingley’s attention, while witty and headstrong Lizzie conceives an instant dislike for Bingley’s proud, standoffish, and obscenely wealthy friend, Mr. Darcy. Amid flirtations, misunderstandings, dashing soldiers, an intimidating aristocrat, and a very persistent clergyman cousin, the Bennet sisters do their best to navigate the perilous world of Regency romance. But will there be wedding bells and happily-ever-afters – or will the Bennet family’s romantic adventures end in scandal and disgrace?
