Cougars Free Tackle Football Workouts

� FREE TACKLE FOOTBALL WORKOUTS — Ages 6–10! �

Hey Cougar Nation! Coach Dallas and I are running free workouts every Tuesday & Thursday, 6–7 PM, now through May 29 at Bayhead Park — and all kids ages 6–10 are welcome!

Whether your child is ready to play or just testing the waters for 7U–10U tackle football this fall, these sessions are a great way to learn the game and build confidence. No sign-ups — just show up!

We’ll focus on fundamentals and position-specific skills. Bring cleats, a water bottle, and a great attitude!
