North Mountain Tai Chi Summer Taster Classes
Accessible Tai Chi (July 30th)
Curious about Tai Chi but not sure where to begin? This gentle taster session is for you.
No experience needed—just a willingness to explore the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. Both offer calm, greater focus, improved balance, and a sense of ease in your body.
Learn at your own pace in a supportive, welcoming environment. Seated and standing versions are available and are guided by a qualified instructor with professional training and qualifications in safe coaching, anatomy, health and safety, including safeguarding and experience supporting people living with dementia, disability, or long-term conditions. The focus is on wellness, enjoyment and stimulation, not necessarily performing perfectly.
We’ll introduce you to foundational principles in a way that’s simple, accessible, and empowering.
Here’s what some of our students have said:
“Paul is a calm and supportive teacher.”
“I wasn’t sure I could do Tai Chi—but I’ve found more balance and confidence than I expected.”
Join us and take your first step into this centuries-old tradition and discover the benefits of mindful movement, restorative health and inner resilience.
