Mixed Ability Tai Chi - Late Summer Series

Mixed Ability Tai Chi Classes (Continuing Students)
(Jul 6-Aug 24, 5 pm)

Classes for mixed ability students (familiar with the Yang Cheng-fu form) provide the basis for training in the traditional areas of Tai Chi that are rarely covered outside the system:

Yang Cheng-fu Taolu: The classical Yang Family '108' form
Yang Family Neigong, Qigong & Silk Reeling: Standing meditation postures, energetic bodywork and skill training
Da Lu Shee Yu: Set of partnered Four Corners forms
Applications & Pushing Hands Training: Partnered sensitivity & response skills

Flexible booking options: Reserve your place for four weeks at a time or commit to the full eight-week term in advance. Attend once per week or accelerate your learning with twice-weekly sessions.

One lesson per week: $48 / month or $95 / term
Two lessons per week: $95 / month or $190 / term
