Chris Evans is an Extension Forestry and Research Specialist with the University of Illinois. He has 20+ years of experience working with invasive species management and forestry throughout the Eastern United States. He currently serves on the Illinois Nature Preserves Commission, chairs the Illinois Forestry Development Council, and is a board member for the Midwest Invasive Plant
Network.

Conservation Corner is presented by Anna-Jo Garden Club's Conservation Committee. The monthly speaker series is open to the public and is designed for landowners, gardeners, and conservation enthusiasts.
