Co-Ed Community Circle
Open to both men & women, this monthly circle invites you into a space of deep presence, honest reflection, and heartfelt connection.
Through guided journaling, intentional sharing, meditation, and sound healing, we come together to slow down, listen inward, and witness one another in an atmosphere of trust and compassion. This is a space to reconnect with yourself — and be part of a supportive community that honors authenticity, vulnerability, and growth.
Each circle includes:
-A grounding meditation to arrive fully
-Journaling prompts to spark self-inquiry
-A facilitated share circle (with no pressure to speak)
-Crystal singing bowls + sound healing
-Closing reflections + optional oracle card pulls
This circle is held with care and respect for all identities. Whether you’ve never been to a circle before or this is part of your monthly rhythm, you are welcome exactly as you are.
