Evening Breathwork session to harmonise attendees

Aug 2 Saturday 9am-6pm

50% theory 50% practice.
•Understanding Xiu Lian (purification practice)
•Understanding what the practice does and significance of the practice.

Aug 3 Sunday 9am - 5pm

80% practice
20% Q&A

Workshop is focused on experiencing lengthy spiritual purification practice and its benefits.

Deeper understanding into how the actual practice heals and brings insight.

Stillness through movement.

Recommended:

Bring toiletries and change of clothes.
Comfortable clothing.
Towel.
Water Bottle & mug for hot drinks
BYO lunch and snacks.
Hot herbal tea will be provided.
Any type of meditation cushion/chair. (Chairs also available)

Absolute beginners and advanced practitioners welcome.
