SMART Recovery Meeting

Join us every Thursday at 7:00 PM for a SMART Recovery meeting—a science-based, self-empowering approach to overcoming addiction and finding balance.

SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) offers practical tools and peer support to help individuals build motivation, cope with urges, manage thoughts and behaviors, and live a balanced life.

This meeting is open to anyone seeking recovery, whether from substance use, addictive behaviors, or other challenges.
