We’ll discover that your body already has an intuitive intelligence to balance both the physical and the mental. When you stretch one, you stretch the other…your physical, mental and emotional selves are inseparable. You are recreating yourself all of the time. It is never too late to begin creating the self that you want! And this is knowledge that you can take off the mat, and into the world. 

Marty has been teaching yoga for over 15 years, and is a Yoga Alliance RYT, and also a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM
