Retreat: Taiji with Ann-Hua Chinese School

Join Alice Yin, a University of Michigan graduate and dedicated martial artist, for a rejuvenating Taiji session at A2SF. Alice began her martial arts journey at age six and found her passion for Taiji during intensive training on Wudang Mountain in 2020. Since then, she has deepened her practice with the Ann Hua Taiji Club, which has been a cornerstone of the community for 13 years, welcoming people of all ages and skill levels.

In this session, Alice will guide you through basic Taiji movements, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your practice. The focus will be on relaxation, mindfulness, and balance—perfect for those seeking a peaceful, meditative way to improve overall health.
