Restore + Sound Healing

Join Aubrey + Art for a purposeful workshop that fosters internal release and restoration! Together we'll move through restorative yoga postures and energetically release through healing crystal sound bowls. Participants will hold passive postures for 4-7 minutes allowing muscles and fascia to open and release.

The sound bowls extend a vibration that impacts various areas of the body to promote energetic and emotional release. It supports the bodies natural healing abilities to restore and promote immunity.

You will leave the experience feeling a deep sense of clarity, connection and relaxation.
