Reiki 1 For Self-Healing

Join us for a transformative Reiki 1 certification class, where you’ll learn the foundations of Usui Reiki for self-healing and supporting the well-being of others. This two-day immersive experience will cover:

✅ The history and principles of Reiki
✅ Energy awareness and self-healing techniques
✅ Hand positions for Reiki practice
✅ How to give Reiki to yourself, loved ones, and even animals
✅ The Reiki Level 1 attunement process

Each class begins with an included lunch and open conversation to create a comfortable and welcoming space. We believe in starting from a place of nourishment and connection to foster openness and relaxation.

Upon completion, you will be certified in Usui Reiki 1, empowered to practice Reiki for self-care and share its benefits with friends, family, and pets.

💡 Important:

Full attendance on both days is required to receive certification.
Class starts promptly at 1:00 PM. Late entry after 1:00 PM is not permitted unless prior arrangements are made.

On Saturday after class, you need minimal of 30 minutes to dedicate towards homework.​
