Gretchen & Adam at North Star Lounge

Gretchen Pleuss is a singer-songwriter based in Ann Arbor whose "vocal delivery and skillful finger picking call to mind the folk singers who graced the stage of the Gaslight Café during the 60's Greenwich Village folk renaissance." - Dan Jarvis, Midwest Action. While she stays closer to home these days, she previously toured the United States, Ireland, and the U.K., and opened for artists like Glen Phillips, Damien Jurado, Lisa Loeb, and Loudon Wainwright III.

Cleveland, Ohio's Adam Reifsnyder is a folk-pop songwriter, performer, recording artist, and founding member of the pop group Walk the Moon and the Newgrass group Honeybucket.

Gretchen and Adam first collaborated in 2020 on their single "Pining," and are excited to release their first E.P. together in 2026. Fans of the Weepies and the Civil Wars will appreciate Gretchen and Adam's acoustic melodies and vocal harmonies.
