BeRAD Technical Enduro Class - October 18th, Ann Arbor MI

Whats the key to riding efficiently? It's simply balance. Not just side to side, but front to back. We must anticipate the bikes movements (throttle/brake) so that our body works with it...not just getting dragged along. With proper balance in all directions you can unlock loads of traction all while staying 100% relaxed in your upper and lower body. This techique when mastered unlocks huge potential in efficiency and performance.

Note: This is a baseline concept. There are times we need more weight to either the front or the rear. There are too many variables to cover in a video. This technique can however allow you to ride at a very respectable pace in just about any terrain with little to no effort. I encourage you to come take a class with me where you can ask as many questions as you want and we can discuss each little nuance together. It will change your life on the bike.
