Be Well: Art, Design & Wellness Series Pilates & Exhibition Tour (Part 2)

Stamps Gallery invites you to stretch into summer with a new wellness workshop series blending movement, mindfulness, and creative exploration.

Join artist and certified Pilates instructor Isabella De la Mora Malvaez for an energizing mat Pilates class within the gallery walls, surrounded by the vibrant works of Envision: The 2025 Michigan Artist Initiative. After class, enjoy a short guided tour through the exhibition, designed to deepen your connection to the art and each other.
