Bal-A-Vis-X
Last chance to register for our August 1-2 Bal-A-Vis-X training in Ann Arbor. If we don’t get 6 more registrations by Sunday, July 20, we will need to cancel. (We do have a November training that already has the minimum number needed.)

Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of rhythmic, repetitive exercises using sandbags and racquetballs. It improves balance, focus, eye tracking, calms the nervous system, and builds self-confidence, as well as being a lot of fun!

#BalAVisX is used by teachers, parents, OTs, PTs, social workers, psychologists, and recreational therapists. Please share with anyone you know who might be interested!
