Doors will open at 6:30 for those that want to settle into the space early. The opening circle will start at 7pm SHARP!

We here at Vibe UPP dance to the beat of a different drum. Ecstatic Dance events allow you to come and release yourself in the spirit of dance in an environment that is safe and free from drugs, alcohol and judgement of any kind. This is a family friendly event. So come and dance like nobody is watching.
Rules for Ecstatic Dance:
1. Comfortable feet
2. Come on time
3. Come sober
4. No electronic devices in the dance area
5. No talking in the dance area
6. Respect everyone's personal space
7. No audio or video recording the dance or others without consent of the host or the other people involved.

Warm-up Facilitator: Truth
Truth [she/her] is a 200hr Hatha Yoga RYT, professional intuitive energy healer and affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training [ICRT] with 5+ years of experience within the healing art of Reiki. She received her Usui/Holy Fire Karuna Master certificaton in 2018 at the birthplace of the Usui Method of Natural and Holistic Healing at Kurama Yama [Mount Kurama] in Kyoto, Japan, facilitated by ICRT founder, William Lee Rand. She completed her 200hr Hatha Yoga RYT in 2019 at Samastah and was recently initiated by the leader of the Kuntanawa Tribe to facilitate hapé and sananga. Dance Facilitator: DJ Ekanti
Ekanti is an intentional dance DJ with over 20 years of experience curating and performing electronic music. He's grown up in Southern Michigan his whole life and has received most of his musical influence from artists that reside from Chicago to Detroit and everywhere in between. He's heavily inspired by ancient music of the East, especially India and he incorporates those sounds and vibrations into his mixes. He views his dj sets as an offering to the Divine all around and inside of each living soul. His mission is to raise the vibration of the community at large, one spirit soul at a time.
