This session is held under the energy of the Full Moon, a time traditionally associated with illumination, reflection, and release.
🌙 A Restorative Sound Bath Journey
This sound bath is a sanctuary for deep rest. An invitation to step out of autopilot and into presence, where the body can settle, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can feel safe enough to rest.
We’ll begin with a brief grounding breathing exercise and gentle guided meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’re welcome to rest as waves of sound move through the space.
You’ll experience the resonant tones of crystal quartz singing bowls, the soft shimmer of koshi chimes, the rhythm of the ocean drum, the flowing sounds of water chimes, and more each supporting a sense of ease, spaciousness, and balance. There’s nothing you need to do here.
No effort.
No expectations.
Just rest.
✨ This Sound Bath may support:
Moving your body into a parasympathetic “rest + reset” state
Reducing stress, tension, and mental overwhelm
Calming anxiety and supporting emotional clarity
Deepening connection with yourself
Renewing energy, peace, and inner spaciousness
No experience needed. Simply show up as you are.
