Central Iowa Walk

Suicide prevention starts with all of us. Walk with us at the Out of the Darkness Central Iowa Walk and help raise awareness, support those affected by suicide, and bring hope to our community.

This event, hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) - Iowa Chapter, is more than a walk—it’s a movement to save lives. Every step you take helps fund research, education, advocacy, and support for those who need it most.
