Aquatics to Restore Health: Legacy Fitness

This water exercise class is designed to lesson the symptoms related to chronic disease. This program may improve balance, flexibility, and strength, all while lessoning pain.

Class is open to all cancer survivors. Prior registration is required. Consider wearing water footwear. Aquatics to Restore Health is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at noon at Legacy Fitness Ankeny.
