RUCK the LAKE to Benefit the Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County

SUP 101 Lakes will host a 5 mile RUCK around 1st & 2nd basin Crooked Lake in collaboration w/ the 2025 Crooked Lake Sandbar Music Festival. A suggested $20 donation. Please bring cash or check if you plan to donate. Checks can be made out to The Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County.

Rucking, also known as ruck marching, is a low-intensity exercise in which you add weight to your back while walking or hiking. To perform a rucking exercise, simply add weight to a backpack before walking or hiking. Rucking can help you burn calories and build strength—more so than ordinary walks or hikes.
