Cycling Mechanics and Performance with PT Emily Watkins

Dr. Emily Watkins PT, DPT, CSCS is excited to invite you to a discussion on cycling mechanics and performance on Wednesday, October 22 at 6:45pm following the Bike and Soul bike ride. Feel free to join the bike ride at 5:30, leaving from Bike and Soul, or simply join the discussion afterwards at 6:45pm at the tables outside Monument. Emily is the owner of Achieve Physical Therapy and Sports Performance and enjoys competing in triathlons. In addition to cycling mechanics, Emily will be discussing common injuries for cyclists and the role she and her colleagues can play in the prevention and rehabilitation of those injuries.
