🚶‍♂️ COMMUNITY RUCK/WALK 🚶‍♀️

Hey everyone! Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 26th—we’re getting together for some movement & connection!

⏰ When: Meet at 1 PM (Church service at 11 AM if you’d like to join me beforehand!)

👟 What: A 45-minute ruck/walk through the roads behind the church and around the factories. All fitness levels are welcome—bring a friend or two! After the walk, we’ll have a variety of clear proteins to refuel, including a new flavor for you to try. If you’re planning to come to church beforehand, let me know—I’ll save you a seat!
