Master Class: Light & Lively Low Alcohol Wines

Join Erin for a Master Class dedicated to low-alcohol wines – wines that bring vibrant acidity, delicate flavors, and refreshing drinkability, just in time for summer. She will guide the class through a comparative tasting featuring Galen Glen wines alongside classic examples of low-alcohol styles, including Kabinett Riesling, Vinho Verde, and Prosecco. Through this tasting, Erin will discuss the factors that contribute to lower alcohol levels – from grape variety and climate to winemaking techniques like arrested fermentation and carbonation. Whether you’re looking for a lighter option or simply curious about these lively, nuanced wines, this class is the perfect way to explore the beauty of balance in the bottle. Tickets include curated food pairings. Please no outside food.
