Event Travel Options:
1 - Vehicle Option ~50-60 miles - Car, Truck, Semi, Motorcycle, Trike,
2 - Off-road Option ~23-25 miles - Bicycle, Scooter, Golf Cart & Tricycle
3 - Two-Legged Option (for the die-hards!) ~9 miles - Runners on Foot!
What is our "Fun Run"?
A fun community event for all ages and modes of transportation!
Participants will be given 2.5 hours to drive/bike/run to Challenge Locations around the area and accomplish the challenge at each spot!
After completing each challenge, the participant will get their FUN-RUN Passport stamped by the hosting site and move on to the next!
At the start/stop location (AUMC) there will be food and a car-smashing event to celebrate "beating addiction" and overcoming life's challenges together!
At noon awards will be given for the winners at each challenge!
Three categories will be awarded - Junior Division (0-12) Adult division (13-59) Senior division (60 +).
You can ride or drive whatever you want!
There is a shorter 23-25 mile non-street-legal option for golfcarts, bicycles, scooters & pocket bikes!
There is a diehard runners 9 mile option for runners!
Costumes are allowed!
Motorcycles, trikes are DEFINITELY encouraged!
Awards will be given for "best fun costumes" and "sweetest ride" and "sickest bike"!
You can complete the fun run with your work colleagues, sports team, youth group, club, band or squad!
