Are you melting in this summer heat? Well we have the coolest spot to run for you, the beautiful shaded Rocky River nature park. Join us at 5:30pm Tuesday as we make a few loops around the trail. This is an easier trail for those new to trail running but still has roots, rocks and inclines so trail shoes are preferred if you own them. I e pops afterwards as your reward as always
