Hills repeats are a great way to work on speed and elevation at the same time with less risk of injury. Meet us at 5:30pm at the Anderson lights of Hope (park on Barry Knobel facing recycling center). One big loop warm up, hills x your choice then a loop cool down. All levels of runners are welcome to join as we just pass each other back and forth on the hill
