Join the ARC Couch to 5k program every Thursday evening starting at 6pm from Magnetic South Brewery from July 17th- October 2nd. This is a free beginning program for new runners or those needing a warmup refresher. After your 12 weeks of training with Coach Honeycutt you will race the Earn Your Wings 5k at the Anderson airport as it is the fastest and flattest course around.
