About Kevin Wanzer:
Kevin Wanzer has inspired audiences worldwide for over 30 years with his unique blend of humor, heart, and powerful storytelling. A motivational comedian and keynote speaker, Kevin has presented to thousands across all 50 U.S. states and internationally, encouraging audiences to embrace diversity, rediscover their passions, and celebrate the power of laughter.
Early in his career, Kevin worked on Late Night with David Letterman and was appointed by President Ronald Reagan as a delegate to the White House Conference for a Drug Free America. He remains one of the youngest presidential appointees in U.S. history.
A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) through the National Speakers Association, Kevin is among the top 10% of speakers recognized for excellence and experience. He is also the author of Choose to Love and co-author of several books on leadership, empowerment, and youth development.

Founded in 2002, Intersect, Inc. is a community-driven coalition in Madison County, Indiana, uniting schools, healthcare providers, faith-based groups, businesses, and local leaders to prevent substance use and promote healthier lifestyles. What began as a tobacco prevention initiative has grown into a broader effort to reduce youth and adult use of tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.
Intersect became a nonprofit organization in 2004 and was officially incorporated in 2005.
We collaborate across sectors to create lasting change through strategies like supporting smoke-free workplace policies and access to cessation resources, advocating for strong public health policies on secondhand smoke, helping healthcare providers implement best practices for tobacco cessation, promoting Indiana’s free quitline: 1-800-QUITNOW, and more.
