Move to Remember

October 15 is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. We’re inviting LivRite Fitness members to take a few quiet minutes to "Move to Remember," taking some time to reflect and walk around our track. It’s a way to honor the mothers, fathers, families, and friends who have experienced this kind of loss.

You can begin with a brief prayer or moment of thought, then take a 5-minute walk around our track at your own pace. Each step is a quiet act of remembrance. As you do your workout, reflect about how precious life is and remember and pray for those who
come to your mind. Please take a candle on your way out.
