Founded on Earth Day in 2014, AYC is the original yoga studio to have the honor of serving the city of Anderson and surrounding areas! What began as a small operation, offering a few yoga classes a week to the community with just a few teachers, has grown to a team of 17 amazing yoga teachers, more than half whom were trained at AYC; with over 30 heated, warm, and non-heated classes a week; in a variety of styles, from yin to vinyasa to power yoga to sculpt yoga! In 2021, AYC also became a Registered Yoga School, able to certify new yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance, to continue sharing the art of yoga to more and more people; and in 2022, AYC added international yoga retreats to its amazing offerings!
