We are excited to invite you to our Back-to-School Barbecue on Friday, August 8th from 6:00–8:00 PM at the school! 🌭🌭
This will be a fun and meaningful evening for the whole family - filled with food, music, and activities—but most importantly, it’s a time to come together and learn about how we can all support our children throughout the school year.
At Anderson Elementary, we believe strongly that family involvement is one of the most important keys to a child’s success in school and life. When families are active in their kids’ schooling, students perform better, have more confidence, and thrive both academically and socially. Our Anderson Elementary families’ involvement isn’t just appreciated—it’s essential to our childrens’ success!
Join us for a relaxed evening where you’ll learn how to stay involved, connect with teachers and staff, and discover different ways to make a difference in your student’s education.
We’ll be serving hot dogs, chips, and drinks, and we need your help to make it a success! Please consider donating the following items based on your student’s grade level:
• Kindergarten – Ketchup & individual bags of chips
• 1st Grade – Mustard & Individual bags of chips
• 2nd Grade – Relish & individual bags of chips
• 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade – Bottled water, individual juices & cans of pop
Donations can be dropped off in the school office between the first day of school and August 8th.
Let’s kick off the new school year as a strong community, united in support of our students. We can’t wait to see you there!
