Anderson Gaslight Festival Pie Baking Contest, sponsored by Ruby's Cafe and Bakery!
Date: Saturday, August 23, 2025
Pie drop off: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Pie judging: Noon
Awards & Auction: 2 p.m.
Location: 816 W. 8th Street, Anderson, IN 46016
Could you be the best pie baker? Enter your best recipe in our pie baking contest to win a cash prize! The first-place winner will receive $250, the second-place $100, and third-place $50.
The registration fee for this event is $25 and is due no later than August 15, 2025.
Pies must be homemade, and bakers must submit their recipe at drop-off. Bakers must be present to win. To participate, the pie must be at 816 West 8th Street by 10 a.m. You can drop off your pie at West 7th Street and Sherman Street. Follow the sign at West 7th Street and Sherman Street.
Pie pans will be auctioned off after the judging, so they will NOT be returned to you. Choose your pie pan accordingly!
