About the play: When they gather to celebrate a tenth wedding anniversary, four New York power couples experience a severe attack of Farce.

-Chris Gorman: female presenting, early 30s-late 40s -- Ken’s elegant and attractive wife. A bit high strung. Mother of a 6 year old.
-Ken Gorman: male presenting, early 30s-mid 50s -- A well-spoken, handsome attorney. A bit high strung. Married to Chris.
-Claire Ganz: female presenting, Late 20s-Mid 50s -- Lenny’s gossip-monger, attractive wife. A Westchester, New York housewife type.
-Lenny Ganz: male presenting, Late 20s-Mid 50s -- An accountant who has just wrecked his brand new BMW. Irascible, sarcastic, and very likeable. Married to Claire. Large monologue at the end of the show.
-Ernie Cusack: male presenting, Early 30s-Late 50s -- A smug psychiatrist. Married to Cookie. Accident prone.
-Cookie Cusack: female presenting, Late 30s-Late 50s -- Ernie’s wife and a cooking show host with a bad back. She
has a very dramatic personality. Physical comedy role.
-Glenn Cooper: male presenting, Early 30s-Early 50s -- An ambitious, polished man preparing for a run for the
state senate. A Kennedy-type. Married to Cassie.
-Cassie Cooper: female presenting, Late 20s-Late 40s (younger than Glenn) -- A jealous type who believes in the healing power of
crystals. Glenn’s trophy wife. Insecure, sexy, shrewish. This role will include physical touch with the actor who plays Lenny.
-Officer Welch: Male or Female presenting, Late 30s-Late 50s -- A vigorous, straight-talking, veteran police officer. Only in Act 2. Some small monologues.
-Officer Pudney/Myra (voice only): Female presenting, Early 20s -- A rookie cop. This is a very small role in Act 2 only.
Things to know before you audition:
-We will be reading sides from the script.
-Please expect to be at the audition from 2pm-5pm. Those not auditioning for Lenny will be dismissed earlier. You are welcome to come to both days, but it is NOT required!
-Actors auditioning for Lenny will be asked to stay after others have been dismissed to read the monologue at the end.
-Headshots and Resumes are welcomed, but not required. We will take headshots upon arrival.
