Stay cool on a Tuesday evening run by playing in the woods. Join us for a 3-5 mile run on easy trails at 5:30pm at Rocky River located behind the AU sports fields. These are great trails for beginners to get comfortable or pros to go really fast, the scenery is gorgeous with animals everywhere if you look closely. Bathrooms are available on site and ice pops to cool you down after the run will be provided.
