⚡️ARC⚡️Tuesday Trail Group Run

This is the best way to stay cool in the summer on a run is to get on the trail with the shade. Even if you’re new to trails, this is a great one for a beginner as there are roots and rocks, but there’s barely any elevation and the trails are wide and easy to follow. Join us at the Rocky River nature Park located behind the football field at the AU sports complex at 5:30 on Tuesdays for a group run on the trails. Loop is about a mile and a half so distance is up to you how many you’d like to run. There are indoor bathrooms and water fountain at the facility. Frozen ice pops are always provided after the run to help cool you off
