IYENGAR YOGA - MEDICAL CLASS
La Medical class di IYENGAR Yoga è indicata per tutte le problematiche relative alla postura e non solo.

- Posture errate e causate da abitudini inconsapevoli che provocano i disturbi più comuni quali cervicalgie, dorsalgie, lombalgie, squilibri del bacino, problemi alle anche alle ginocchia e ai piedi.
- Problematiche di dolori alle spalle e alle mani.
- Problematiche di funzionalità organiche legate ad una cattiva postura (es:, cattiva digestione, sovraccarichi renali, problemi respiratori, ecc.)

Gli Asana , studiati, compresi e realizzati in maniera corretta costituiscono un supporto meraviglioso per la salute psicofisica della persona.
