Wether you're racing the Great Manchester Run on 18th May or not - we would love to have you down for out social run.

We can picture it now... post run... croissant in one hand... coffee in the other... miles in the legs... endorphins secured... big smiles & great girly vibes!!!!!! OK SEE YOU THERE!!!!!!

Join us for a free, social 5km run hosted by our all-female team.

• Female-led run club
• All paces welcome (typically running between 5:30-8:30/km paces)

LOCATION:
The Flat Baker, Ancoats, 23 Radium St, M4 6AY

PLAN:

• Warm-up starts @ 8:30am sharppppp (we appriciate you girls like to keep it punctual.)
• 5km social run
• Coffee & Pastries at The Flat Baker (members receive 10% off post-run - just show them youre in our WhatsApp chat! And if youre not in the chat, head over to our Instagram to join!)

There is a shared corridor within the building where The Flat Baker operates from, where you can leave your bags. Please note, this corridor is used by other businesses and is not monitored.
