Wheelies, Bunnyhops & Nose Pivots Clinic

Low-speed technical maneuvers are fun, challenging, and super useful! In this clinic we look at a variety of 'trail tricks' depending on the interest and ability level of the group but can include: wheelies, manuals, bunnyhops, nose pivots, roll-downs.

As well as being fun, these moves help us improve our overall riding skills by developing stability, balance, and braking skills. They also help on tricky technical trails, e.g. nose pivots to get through tight switchback turns, or wheelies to get the front wheel over roots during a technical climb.
