Come and enjoy some relaxing yoga, meditation and a lovely sound bath.

Embracing the healing energy of the sound bowls while relaxing into a powerful meditation. Balancing our 7 chakras through this meditative sound bath healing, empowering, soothing experience, feeling the zen within.

Please wear comfortable clothing, I will provide yoga mats but feel free to bring your own, as well as any comfort items such as pillow or blankets. Comfortable seating available if the floor is not your preference.
